1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReadMyWriting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. ReadMyWriting does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (COPPA compliance).

3. Content Standards

All published content must be safe for reading in American high school classrooms (grades 9-12). Content is reviewed by AI moderation before publishing. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: explicit sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, profanity, and personally identifiable information.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on ReadMyWriting, including AI-assisted works. By publishing, you grant ReadMyWriting a license to display, distribute, and moderate your work on the platform.

5. Account Security

Your account is secured by passkey (WebAuthn) credentials stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and registered passkeys. We recommend registering passkeys on at least two devices.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: impersonate others, use the platform for spam, attempt to circumvent content moderation, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Published works will be anonymized but remain readable. Account deletion has a 30-day cooling period. ReadMyWriting may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
